Reports of billion van robbery in Lagos

There are reports of bullion van robbery around Ajah road in Lagos.

As rumours of insecurity spread across Lagos, a bullion van has reportedly been robbed at about past 5pm "broad-day light" along Ado road, in Ajah area of Lagos state.

The robbery reportedly left one person dead as the alleged robbers spray bullets on the occupants of the van.

Neither the Lagos state government nor security agencies have made any official statement regarding the robbery as at the time of filing this report.
