A London based Nigerian professional, business man and philantropist Chief Nnaemeka Lawrence Nwankwo A.K.A Ezinkpuru joins the Imo State Governorship race. Chief Nwankwo who is running under the umbrella of United Progressive Party (UPP), has declared his intention to challenge the anointed candidate of incumbent governor, Chief Uche Nwosu, of All Progressive Congress(APC). Chief Nnaemeka Nwankwo who's focus is on Youth Empowerement, Entrepreneurship and Community Development, during his interview with independent.ng said that "My mission is to develop, revive and create sustainable basic social amenities for the people in the first two years of my administration".
