First Woman in History to be Mayor of an Arab Capital Emerges

Tunisia gets First woman in history to be mayor of an Arab capital. 

53 year old Souad Abderrahim dedicated her victory to "all women who have struggled" to reach senior positions. She emerged winner in the first mayoral election in the Tunis since the 2011 Arab Spring uprising.
